We were the people who rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot. We had to try and decide on the best cleaning solution, we had to lug the heavy machine back and forth in our own vehicle, and we had to worry about having everything done within a specific time frame all while only getting the job partially done at best. This was before finding Colorado Carpet Masters. Last week we found an available time that worked with our schedule, and quickly had it confirmed by Keith. Today we received a text when Grant was 30 minutes out, and he arrived right on time. He took the time to understand what our hopes were, and even explained how to get out pet stains in the future. About an hour and a half later he was wrapping up, and our carpets look just about as close to new as they possibly can (we were at the point that we weren’t having people over because we were embarrassed of the pet stains). We couldn’t be happier, and will undoubtedly be repeat customers. Colorado Carpet Masters is fairly priced and worth every penny. If you’re on the fence - just do it!
Keith was amazing. Very professional and wanted us to know how to take care of our carpet for longevity. Our service include stretching the carpet, cleaning the carpet, and urine neutralizing from our pups.Not only was the service professional, Keith was friendly and very responsive. Grant with Colorado Carpet Masters was awesome! He came and cleaned my carpets in Boulder. It was raining and he made sure to wipe his hoses down before coming in. Super efficient!

Colorado Carpet Masters are phenomenal pros. They know their stuff and do a very thorough job. This was the 2nd time in a few years that we’ve had them come out and clean most of our carpeted rooms, and we will absolutely continue to use them. Before and afters of the 4 rooms they did this visit. We are a multiple pet household, and now everything is back to smelling and looking a million times better!
We just had Colorado Carpet Masters out to clean our carpets at our home in Brighton. Grant was courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. He sent me a text 10 minutes before his arrival so that I was prepared. He was friendly and knowledgeable but did not interrupt my day with a lot of chitchat. Scheduling with Colorado Carpet Masters was easy and they worked around my schedule. All though all this is great, the thing I appreciated the most was the way Grant protected my furniture from the hose rubbing against the wood. This showed care above what is required for the job. Colorado Carpet Masters will be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on.
Colorado carpet masters came out and cleaned our rental property in commerce city, and did a very well job! We are very pleased with the results and so happy that it was easy to set up and get done as we are working on moving out of our place! I would highly recommend!
I was stood up by a big name carpet cleaner, so I needed to have my carpets cleaned on an emergency basis as I took time off from work for this. Keith answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me next day! Grant showed up extremely promptly and did a phenomenal job with our carpets! He was thorough and took his time going over the type of carpet we have and how to best care for it, none of which I knew! He also took time to go over how to spot clean with their favorite spray cleaner since we have dogs, and even recommended some companies for new carpet installation since we discussed replacing a room. They are officially my favorite carpet cleaning company and I'd recommend them to anyone!
