Colorado Carpet Masters had a client this week who ran into problems while using a Rug Doctor to clean up a few dog urine stains over the weekend. When we arrived at their home we found a white Berber carpet that had huge yellow stains everywhere. Upon talking to our new client we discovered that she rented a Rug Doctor and cleaned the carpet herself. When she woke up the next day she discovered twice as many stains as the day before. She thought that she was pulling up old urine stains from a previous owner and decided to keep the Rug Doctor an extra day. The second cleaning went even worse than the first and she thought that the carpets were ruined. She finally called us to try and fix the problem.
